This automation solution by ASA Automation demonstrates a gluing and assembly line for different cartridge filters for industrial exhaust systems of any kind. Cartridge filters are brought together and assembled on an order-specific basis via two workstations with the aid of industrial robots and linear axes. The individual parts are combined with hot glue and their quality is monitored by temperature control.
