Automated piston labeling by ASA Automation
This automation system from ASA Automation takes on the task of applying labels with defined adhesion forces in a precisely oriented and positioned manner using a robot and a vision system. The pistons are conveyed to the dispensing station via a separating unit. Inside the station the labels are then dispensed in a job-specific manner with the help of optical sensors. The labels are then applied and finally fixed onto the pistons with a holding pressure cylinder. After that the labeled pistons leave the station for further processing.
