The manual, partially automated assembly workplaces by ASA Automation were part of a major order for a completely unmanned, interlinked production and assembly line for the manufacture of brake pistons. At the start of the product ramp-up phase, the quality-relevant processes were first to be consolidated at the manual assembly stations.
