Partially automated, manual workplaces by ASA Automation
The manual, partially automated assembly workplaces by ASA Automation were part of a major order for a completely unmanned, interlinked production and assembly line for the manufacture of brake pistons. At the start of the product ramp-up phase, the quality-relevant processes were first to be consolidated at the manual assembly stations. In addition to the press-fitting and joining process, ergonomics and occupational safety played a decisive role here.
