Fully automated machining of workpieces
This processing system from ASA Automation with a small footprint includes the fully automatic drilling and deburring of workpieces for the automotive industry using two multi-spindle drilling heads.
Loading and unloading is done with a Fanuc LR Mate 200iD7L. Two raw part buffers, each with a capacity of 135 pieces, supply the robot with workpieces. Two different workpieces can be machined with a cycle time of 5.5 seconds.
Our stainless steel conveyor chain
As the machining centre also includes a wet area, the products are fed and discharged using our Carryline conveyor system in the stainless steel chain version.
